ANALISIS PERUBAHAN GARIS PANTAI DI TELUK PALU, SULAWESI TENGAH PASCA TSUNAMI MENGGUNAKAN METODE DIGITAL SHORELINE ANALYSIS SYSTEM (DSAS)
In 2018, there was a tsunami natural disaster that hit Palu Bay and its surroundings, including Donggala Regency and Palu City Coast which were affected by the tsunami disaster. The aftermath of this tsunami greatly affected the morphological coastline, so there were quite severe coastline changes compared to previous years. This study aims to examine changes in coastlines in Palu Bay after the tsunami and analyze physical factors that affect coastline changes in Palu Bay. The study location was in Palu Bay, Central Sulawesi using remote sensing data from the Sentinel-2 Satellite. Analysis of coastline changes in this study using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) method. Changes in the coastline that occurred in Palu Bay after the tsunami for a period of three years have occurred changes in the coastline covering an area of 58.677 m2 for accretion and abrasion covering an area of 238.134 m2. The physical factors of coastline changes in Palu Bay are influenced by tides of a mixed type of double daily leaning, current speed and direction as well as wind speed and direction.
