PEMANFAATAN CITRA SATELIT PENGINDERAAN JAUH DAN SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS UNTUK ANALISIS NILAI EKONOMI EKOSISTEM MANGROVE DI TAMAN NASIONAL SEMBILANG, KABUPATEN BANYUASIN, SUMATERA SELATAN
The economic value of the mangrove ecosystem in TNS cannot be separated from the existence of the people in TNS who depend heavily on the mangrove ecosystem for their lives. Remote sensing and GIS produce spatial images in the form of areas that can assist in the economic assessment of the mangrove ecosystem. This study aims to utilize remote sensing data and GIS to estimate the economic value of the mangrove ecosystem. Determination of the number of respondents and collection using the Harry King Nomogram method and the interview method using a two-way questionnaire. The data analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results obtained are the economic value of the mangrove ecosystem as a nursery ground of Rp. 74,059,367,422/year, fishing ground Rp. 41,166,366,731,768/year, coastline protection of Rp. 189,378,000,000/year. The total economic value of the mangrove ecosystem is Rp. 41,259,362,099,190/year or Rp. 494.722.503/ha/year with the mangrove area of 83,339 ha, the water area of 52,762 ha, and the coastline length of about 104,103 m
