This research is located in the administrative area District of Tanjung Sakti Pasemah Ulu Manna Ilir (PUMI), Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. Geologically, it is located in the barisan mountains (volcanic arc) lane. Geologically it is located in the South Su-matra basin on the Geological Map of the Manna and Enggano Sheets. The area of re-search is an area with a high elevation of 200 - 2000 m above sea level which is in-cluded in the highland area. Landslide-prone potential at the research site has a mod-erate vulnerability with a percentage of 50%, with the lithology of the constituent rocks, namely the Dempo volcanic breccia with Holocene age. The soil type at the landslide point was Humic Cambisols (Bh), with characteristic properties of having a B cambic horizon without or with an occric, umbric or molic A horizon, without hy-dromorphic symptoms to a depth of 50 cm from the surface. The avalanche points were found in Gunung Agung Pauh Village, Pulau Panas Village, Sindang Panjang Village and Benteng Village. Based on the value undrained shear strength (kPa) value of the four undisturbed samples (US), the soil consistency results were in the form of soft and medium soil. The Rainfall Map for 2010 – 2020 shows that the rainfall in the study ar-ea is high (300 – 400 mm. As a result landslides occur every year from October to April on the Provincial Road. From the two research methods that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the area of research has an index of moderate landslides (0.3 – 0.6) BNPB (2012).
