KARAKTERISTIK MORFOTEKTONIK TERHADAP TINGKAT RISIKO BANJIR PADA SUB DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI KIKIM, PSEKSU, KABUPATEN LAHAT
The research area is in the Pseksu Sub-district and its surroundings, including the South Sumatra Basin with active tectonic influences. This study intends to identify the tectonic activity level by using a quantitative geomorphological approach (morphometry) conducted in the Kikim sub-watershed. The research area is divided into 3 (three) segments, namely segment one on the Sungai Saling, segment two on the Sungai Kikim, and segment three on the Sungai Kikim Kecil. The parameters used in this study are Drainage density (Dd), Hypsometric curves and hypsometric integral (HI), Mountain front sinuosity (Smf), the ratio of valley floor width to valley height (Vf), asymmetry factor (AF), stream gradient index (SL), and basin shape index (Bs). The results of the research on the three Kikim sub-watershed segments show that the Dd value is 5.26 – 5.49 km/km2, the HI value is 0.34 – 0.46, the Smf value is 1.40 – 1.71, the Vf value is 1.08 – 1.61, the AF value is 35.58 – 67.71, the SL value is 326.12 – 620, 98, and the Bs value is 1.16 – 4.30. Then the results of these calculations are calculated using the IAT (Index of Active Tectonic) analysis to interpret the level of tectonic activity at the research site. The results of the IAT calculation show a range of values from 1.8 to 2.3, so it belongs to the high - medium tectonic class (classes 2 and 3). So it can be interpreted that the morphology location in the study area is controlled by the level of high - medium tectonic activity and surface processes such as denudational and erosion that can result in flood disaster risk. Keywords: Kikim Sub-watershed, Morphometry, Index of Active Tectonic, Flood Disaster Risk
