DESAIN MODEL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PADA JARINGAN SELFISH USER DSL-LTE MULTIPLE QOS DENGAN FUNGSI UTILITAS INDEPENDENT GOODS
This study proposes a Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) – selfish user model design which will add an independent goods utility function in the internet financing scheme and analyze the sensitivity analysis to determine changes in parameters to generate profits. This research is solved as a Non-Linear Programming (NLP) problem by determining the initial consumption of bandwidth (K0) and the amount of bandwidth consumption (T^K) and is divided into 4 cases where each case uses 3 internet financing schemes, namely flat fee, usage based, and two-part tariff. This study uses traffic data sisfo taken from one of the local servers in Palembang. This model is completed to obtain the optimal solution and to test the sensitivity analysis to determine changes in parameters using LINGO 13.0 software. Based on this research, the design model of C-RAN – selfish users of utility function Independent Goods produces an optimal solution, and for sensitivity analysis if the value is infinity then the parameter increase and decrease can change while if it is 0.000 then the parameter increase and decrease remain.
