PENGAPLIKASIAN METODE RELAKSASI LAGRANGE PADA MODEL ASYMMETRIC CAPACITATED VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM DALAM MENENTUKAN JARAK OPTIMAL PENGANGKUTAN SAMPAH DI KECAMATAN SEBERANG ULU 1 PALEMBANG
The problem of plastic waste in Indonesia is still a complex and sustainable problem. One of the factors for the increase in the amount of plastic waste is the rapidly increasing population and Indonesia is being hit by a pandemic, which affects consumer patterns to buy goods through online applications with plastic packaging and single-use materials. Palembang city became one of the most populous city with a population of 1,668,846 inhabitants in 2020 with one of the districts that have the highest population density percentage index amounted to 11,010 per km2. The Interger Linear Programming (ILP) model which is commonly used in vehicle path design problems will help find the optimal distance route from closed road routes and asymmetric distances in Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang District using the Lagrange relaxation method. The results of this calculation show that the total optimal distance of waste transportation vehicles for the four Working Areas (WA) is 12,695 km in WA 1, 16.85 km in WA 2, 13.1 km in WA 3, and 12,163 km in WA 4
