KEANEKARAGAMAN ISOLASI JAMUR PADA SEDIMEN YANG DIAMBIL DARI PERAIRAN TANJUNG API-API, SUMATERA SELATAN
Sediments contain abundant populations of microorganisms with high diversity. Sediment and soil represent the most complex habitats of microorganisms on earth. One of the factors that support a good mangrove composition is sediment. Sediment also contains organic substances that serve as nutrients for the microorganisms contained in it. This research was conducted in April 2021. Sediment sampling and water quality measurements were located around Tanjung Api-api waters, South Sumatra. The types of fungi isolated from sediments in Tanjung Api-Api were Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp., Cladosporium sp., Paecilomyces sp., Fusarium sp., and Penicillium sp. The growth rates of the six types of fungi were found to have almost the same phase, where in all fungi there was a lag phase on the first day, an exponential phase on the third day and a stationary phase on the seventh day.
