ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM DISTRIBUSI 20 KV PADA GARDU INDUK BOOMBARU PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE RELIABILITY INDEX ASSESSMENT
The reliability of the distribution system is the success rate of performance of an electric power system in the service of electricity supply for consumers. The final task was created to analyze the reliability of a 20 kV distribution system using the reliability index assessment method. The calculation of the reliability index in the form of reliability index values, namely SAIFI, MAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI in perfect switching and imperfect switching. Based on the calculation results, in perfect switching conditions, the SAIFI value is 0.855 fault/customer/year, MAIFI is 0.011 fault/customer/year, SAIDI is 4.316 hours/customer/year and CAIDI is 5.046 hours/customer/year. Meanwhile, in imperfect switching conditions, the SAIFI value is 0.9904 fault/customer/year, MAIFI is 0.011 fault/customer/year, SAIDI is 5.013 hours/customer/year, and CAIDI is 5.062. Based on the analysis results on both perfect switching and imperfect switching conditions, the SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI values are categorized as reliable because they do not exceed the standards set by PLN and for MAIFI values when compared to the IEEE standards are categorized as reliable because they do not exceed the established standards. Meanwhile, the SAIDI and CAIDI values in conditions of perfect switching and imperfect switching cannot be categorized as reliable when compared to the IEEE standard because the calculation results exceed the specified index standard.
