ANALISA PENGARUH CELAH UDARA GENERATOR AXIAL DOUBLE SIDE STATOR 1 FASA
Radial flux permanent magnet generator (GMPFR) can be used to generate electrical energy at low speed which is suitable for generating renewable electrical energy. The generator has an air gap that affects the output flux and voltage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of air gap variations on the generator. In this study the generator was designed with variations in the gap distance between the stator and the permanent magnet, namely 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 7mm. Then it is simulated to get the value of magnetic flux using Comsol Multiphysics software. The last stage is the calculation of the voltage value manually using the existing formula. The highest flux and voltage were obtained at a generator with an air gap of 2mm, with a maximum flux of 10.94× 10-13 with a voltage value of 26.25× 10-11. Meanwhile, at 7mm slit distance, the lowest flux and stress values were obtained compared to 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 6mm gaps, namely 8.61× 10-13 and 25.375× 10-11. So it is known that the larger the air gap, the lower the value of the magnetic flux and the induced voltage. Keywords: GMPFR, Air gap, Voltage, Magnetic
