MODEL PERSEDIAAN SINGLE ITEM DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN TINGKAT KERUSAKAN DAN LEAD TIME PADA USAHA DAGANG BUAH PB WIBOWO
Inventory is one of the factors that play a major role in the running of a process in a company. The topic of inventory has been widely researched and developed by consedering with certain conditions such as the deterioration rate of goods. This research will discuss about a inventory model that considers the deterioration rate of goods and lead time which aims to minimize inventory cost by finding the optimal order that is completed using LINGO 13.0. It is assumed that the inventory cycle of PB.Wibowo is divided into 6 cycles and the length of each cycles is 5 days and the condition of shortage is allowed in this research.Based on the inventory model PB Wibowo it is better to schedule an order of goods to the supplierevery three days with an average inventory per cycle of 33168 kg. Meanwhile with the inventory system that has been run by PB Wibowo the schedule for ordering goods is done every day with an average daily inventory of 5470 kg.Applying the inventory model ordering is done twice in one cycle at a cost Rp 180.413.520 and based on the inventory system has been run by PB Wibowo there have been 5 orders in one cycle at a cost Rp 209.227.500. based on the application of the model in this research PB Wibowo can make savings of Rp 28.813.980 percycle.
