PERENCANAAN KEBIJAKAN PERSEDIAAN OPTIMAL MENGGUNAKAN MODEL INVENTORI PROBABILISTIK MULTI-ITEM DENGAN FUZZY LEAD TIME
PB .Wibowo is one of distributor fruit located in the fruit market Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatra. The types of fruit sold are oranges and salak. In determining the number of orders PB.Wibowo is still based on estimated. Supply of orange fruit is imported from Brastagi, Medan while supply of salak fruit is imported from Sleman, Yogyakarta. There is a lead time from ordering goods to goods arriving. If there are variables in a uncertain condition the fuzzy approach can be used. Fuzzification process using the alpha-cut methods. This study, we discuss the optimal inventory policy planning in PB. Wibowo using a multi-item probabilistic inventory model with fuzzy lead time. Model completion using LINGO 13.0 software. There are 5 cycles in one month so that the optimal inventory policy planning is obtained with a total cost of Rp90.999.310 with the time of ordering oranges fruits every 2 days in one cycle as much as 10.421kg and the time of ordering salak fruits every 3 days in one cycle as much as 7.189kg.
