ANALISIS PENGISIAN AKUMULATOR PADA GENERATOR SINKRON MAGNET PERMANEN SATU FASA FLUKS RADIAL UNTUK PENCATUAN BEBAN LISTRIK
One of the steps taken to overcome energy sources that are not commensurate with the use in society is to minimize the use of energy sources from fossils with renewable energy sources. Therefore, a minimalist and efficient generator is needed so that the power produced can be optimal. This study aims to test a single phase radial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator, analyze performance and create a characteristic graph by measuring and calculating the output power value of the generator during the accumulator charging process under load conditions. A single phase radial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator with specifications has 12 magnetic poles with a distance between magnets of 0,4 mm and an air gap of 0,4 cm has an average number of turns of 50 turns. This radial flux generator can be operated by varying the rotational speed of 350 rpm, 400 rpm, and 450 rpm. And the load used is a DC motor gearbox 12 V 2500 rpm, DC motor gearbox 12 V 1500 rpm, and DC motor gearbox 12 V 400 rpm. After the experiment was carried out, the maximum generator output power value was obtained when the rotational speed of the generator was 450 rpm with a 12 volt 400 rpm DC gearbox motor load, which was 0,01656 watts. For the shortest total accumulator charging time at 450 rpm with a DC motor gearbox load of 12 volts at 400 rpm, which is 18.29 minutes. And the longest charging time is at 350 rpm with a DC motor gearbox load of 12 volts at 2500 rpm, which is 44.47 minutes.
