ANALISIS HUBUNGAN PARAMETER PERAIRAN DENGAN CORAL BLEACHING DI PULAU KELAGIAN, LAMPUNG

Kelagian Island is an island that is often visited by people both for fishing activities and tourist attraction, the water around the island can cause damage to coral ecosystems, one of the example is coral bleaching events. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of coral bleaching area and what kind water parameters affect the occurrence of coral bleaching in the sea of Kelagian Island. The research was carried out using a field survey method in February 2021 with 4 station points spread out according to the cardinal directions. Coral bleaching data processing was carried out using CPCE and PCA software. The results of this study indicate that the value of coral reef and coral bleaching is still decent because the value of station 1 (50.34%), 2 (54.83%), 3 (51.33%), 4 (39.17%). coral bleaching stations 1 (1.03%), 2 (3.05 %), 3 (2.67%) and 4 4.33% . In conclude, connection between water parameters and coral bleaching, temperature has the strongest relevency for the occurrence of coral bleaching events.
