Malocclusion is an abnormal relation thal could happen at inter-arch or at the pos i t ion ofthe leeth. Malocclusion could ajfect teeth functions, such as physical function (mastication), speaking and esthetic (appearance), that injluence the quality oflife. Based on the latest research, severe malocclusion had affect the quality of life of the adui t people. The aim of this study is t o determine the relation between malocclusion and quality of life of student in the age of 15 to 18 years old. The research method used analytic study with cross sectional design. Data from the research is processed statistically with SPSS by Chi-Square test. The research shows that malocclusion Class I followed by anterior malposition teeth is the most dominant malocclusion, fifty six cases out of ninety two samples (60,87%). Malocclusion Class III has the greatest effect compared to others, seven cases out of ninety two samples (7,6%). Based on Chi-Square test obtained P-value/Sig. 0,006 (p
