PERBANDINGAN KONSENTRASI LOGAM BERAT PB DAN CU PADA AIR, SEDIMEN DAN BIVALVIA ANADARA GRANOSA DI PERAIRAN TANJUNG BUYUT, MUARA SUNGAI MUSI
Tanjung Buyut is part of the Musi River Estuary which is passed by various types of community activities. This activity causes the entry of pollutants such as heavy metals Pb and Cu which have the potential to pollute the waters. The purpose of this study was to measure the concentration of heavy metals Pb and Cu in water, sediment and bivalves of Anadara granosa and to analyze the comparison of the concentrations of each sample. This research was conducted in November - December 2021 in the waters of Tanjung Buyut, Muara Sungai Musi at 5 research stations. The method used is random sampling, heavy metal analysis using AAS based on SNI. Data analysis used PCA test and Kruskal-Wallis comparison test. The results showed that the concentration of heavy metal Pb in water samples ranged from undetectable - 0.090 mg/l and Cu metal was not detected. Heavy metal concentrations of Pb and Cu in sediment samples were 5.26-6.86 mg/kg and 2.693-5.172 mg/kg, respectively. The concentration of heavy metal Pb in blood clam samples ranged from 0.001-0.003 mg/kg and Cu metal ranged from 0.004-0.013 mg/kg. The results of PCA analysis showed 2 different main component groups, namely group 1 on the F1 axis (positive) at station 1 with the characterizing variables pH, DO, temperature, salinity and Pb biota. Group 2 on the F2 (positive) axis, namely station 4 with a variable characterizing Cu content in biota.
