FAKTOR RISIKO KETUBAN PECAH DINI PADA IBU HAMIL DI BAGIAN OBSTETRI GINEKOLOGI RSMH PALEMBANG PERIODE 1 JANUARI-31 OKTOBER 2013
Background: Premature rupture of membrane (PROM) is the condition of rupture of the fetal membrane prior to the onset of labor. PROM is one of the most common of obstetrical complications. It causes many complication involved the life of mother and baby such as prematurity and maternal sepsis. The goal of the reasearch is knowing the risk factors of premature rupture of membrane at pregnant woman to prevent the continuity complications. Method: This study was a descriptive with cross sectional design using secunder data. Sample were selected by consecutive sampling and obtained 165 samples for lst January-31sl October. Result: The distribution of pregnant woman with PROM are dominated 27-30 years old woman (24,8%), zero parity (58,8%), spontaneous delivery (50,3%), then sectio secareas (49,7%), aterm (87,3%), preterm (12,1%), and postterm (0,6%). The pregnant woman with zero gestasional distance (58,8%), having last education is SMA (23,6%), housewife (37,0%), civil servant (6,7%), private (1,8%). Known woman with PROM also using IUD, hormonal contraseptive, and condom. Found woman with PROM ever got a breach presentation delivery (12,1%), genital infection (22,4%), koitus (8,5%), serviks factors
