In overburden stripping activity on October 2021 PT UN Site PT DBU plans to strip 161,927.66 BCM/month of overburden while the realization in the field is only 116,432.68 BCM/month or about 72% of the targeted production plan. One of the factors that resulted in not achieving the production target is the less than optimal performance of the tool and the many constraints that occur. So it is necessary to analyze the overburden production achievement at PT UN Site PT DBU. This research aimed to analyze the performance of digging and hauling equipment in overburden stripping activity, overburden stripping production achievements, constraints factor that effects overburden stripping production achievements, and to evaluate the effort to increase overburden stripping production achievements. This research observed the cycle time and work efficiency, so that the actual productivity of the digging and hauling equipment can be seen in the field. The result of this research showed that the productivity of digging and hauling equipment is 94,817 BCM/hour and 11,674 BCM/hour with production achievement of only 20%. The main factor that affects unattainability production is the low work efficiency of digging and hauling equipment, which are only 31% and 27%. There are 17 constraints that cause low work efficiency. The constraints that cause the biggest production losses are No Operator, No Dozer, Maintenance and Repair, Prepare Front Loading and Rain. Then an attempt was made to overcome the constraints that exist by eliminating or minimizing constraints that can be avoided so that the effective working time increases to 434,67 hours with a work efficiency of 60%. After evaluation, the production of digging and hauling equipment increased to 239.307,134 BCM/Month and 150.950,894 BCM/Month with a production achievement of 103%.
