DESAIN DAN SIMULASI GENERATOR SINKRON FLUKS AKSIAL 1 FASA MENGGUNAKAN MAGNET NEODYMIUM (NdFeB) BERBASIS MULTI CAKRAM
Electrical energy is an element that has a very important role in today's life as a support for the needs of society and industry. To be able to produce electrical energy from renewable and non-renewable energy sources, a static electricity machine called a generator is needed. low speed generators require rotation of less than 500 rpm to produce electrical energy. This study aims to design and simulate a single-phase low-speed axial flux generator based on multiple discs, analyze performance and graph the output characteristics of a single-phase axial flux generator based on multiple discs. This multi-disc axial flux generator can be designed with specifications of 2 stators and 3 rotors using 12 pole neodymium magnets or 6 magnets with 4 mm air gap. Each stator has 8 coils with a diameter of 0.6 mm and has an average number of turns of 100 turns. This axial flux generator can be operated in this experiment 240 rpm, 260 rpm. 280 rpm, 300 rpm, 320 rpm and 340 rpm. When the generator rotates at a speed of 340 rpm, it is able to produce a maximum voltage at the time of testing, and the largest current output is also when the generator has a speed of 340 rpm. The current on the 1 ohm resistance is 3.0375 Amp and the 2 ohm resistance is 1.5188 Amp and produces a voltage value of 3.0375 Volts
