PENGARUH VARIASI TEMPERATUR PERAWATAN TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK MORTAR GEOPOLIMER BERBAHAN DASAR NANO FLY ASH.
More buildings and infrastructure in their manufacture use building materials in the form of concrete. Mortar is one of the materials in construction made of cement, fine aggregate, air and additives. Due to the increasing number of buildings and infrastructure that use concrete, cement production has increased. Cement production that continues to increase can have a negative impact on the environment such as global warming because CO2 (carbon dioxide) gas produced from cement production is equivalent to the weight of cement produced. New innovations are needed to reduce the negative impact on the environment by reducing the cement material in the manufacture of mortar. The tests in this study were carried out using a sample of 5cmx5cmx5cm cube-sized specimens with variations in the treatment temperature at temperatures of 60ᴼ C, 70ᴼ C, 80ᴼ C, 90ᴼ C, 100ᴼ C. The tests carried out are physical tests in the form of mortar mixture slump testing, mortar specific gravity testing. For testing the mechanical properties, the compressive strength of the mortar was tested using a universal testing machine. The results obtained are not much different from the difference in the spesific weight of JMF because the variation lies in the curing, not in the mixing of ingredients. For the specific weight, the highest specific weight value was obtained at JMF with a curing temperature of 80ᴼC. Then the compressive strength results for a mortar age of 7 days obtained the highest compressive strength at 80ᴼC with a compressive strength of 11,36 MPa while at the age of 28 days mortar obtained with the highest compressive strength of 15,34 MPa with a curing temperature of 80ᴼ C.
