This study aims to determine the management of the Dayang Sandes Studio in Sanga Desa District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of interview, observation, and documentation with the research subject being the manager, trainer, two members, and two community leaders. The validity of the data is done through triangulation of sources. This study obtained the following results: 1) Planning is carried out based on the ability of HR which has experienced trainers, coordination between managers and trainers in determining goals, has a management list in determining responsibilities, paying attention to environmental conditions, determining short, medium, and long term programs. and length that is carried out in a way of mutual respect. 2) Implementation is carried out in several ways: namely, orientation, orders, delegation of authority, production control, finance, marketing, technical and time. 3) Evaluation is carried out routinely after the implementation of activities and at any time when needed. The evaluation is carried out by means of assessment, success criteria, and the results achieved. The Dayang Sandes Studio has managed as effectively as possible to produce quality outcomes, although there are still shortcomings in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.
