The rapid development of technology has forced media groups to find strategies for survival. Convergence is the merging of several media into a single unit related to the media or communication technology. Media convergence has one goal, as a way of dealing with technological competition in the current era.This study to find out how Trax maintains its existence during the pandemic, find out how Trax FM Palembang radio implements media convergence, finds out the cause of decline in advertisements that enter during the pandemic and understands strategies to maintain the number of listeners. The method used was a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection through interviews, recordings and observations. According to Grant and Wilkinson, the theory used in this study is media convergence.According to the results of this study, the integration performed by Trax FM Palembang included the use of wifi, a tool used to connect to the internet during rebroadcasts, in order to connect from the Trax center (i.e. Jakarta). Access to digital content is done through an intermediary cell phone, or computer, the three technologies used are laptops that are using during streaming broadcasts, to connect and process data during live broadcasts. Coordination between staff is very tight and collaboration with other media has been ongoing. Then, the leadership system carried out by the top party is in accordance with the existing aspects in maintaining the existence of Trax FM Palembang.
