PENGARUH MOTIF PENGGUNAAN MEDIA DAN INTERAKTIVITAS KHALAYAK TERHADAP KEPUASAN YANG DIPEROLEH PENGGUNA APLIKASI LINE (Studi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya).
This study aims to examine and see whether there is an influence of gratification sought and audience interactivity on the gratification obtained by users of LINE application of Sriwijaya University students. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, then gained a total of 200 respondents that fit with the criteria. Data collected in this study was obtained through questionnaires. Application method to test the hypothesis and analysis in this study was using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) then processed by using the SmartPLS3 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between gratification sought on gratification obtained. The audience interactivity variable that acts as a partial mediation also has a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Gratification Sought, Audience Interactivity, Gratification Obtained
