This study is entitled "Parents' Strategy in Assisting Smartphone Use in Early Childhood in Tebat Agung Village, Rambang Niru District". The problem in this study is about the strategies of parents in assisting children. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method where the research is carried out in accordance with what is happening in the field. In determining the informants using the purposive model. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses Thomas Lickona's theory of character education. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of parents in assisting the use of smartphones in early childhood, the underlying strategy that is carried out by parents is by giving them a time limit for the use of the smartphone itself. the use of smartphones, both parents know how to limit smartphone use, the three parents tell the negative impact on children if they use smartphones often, the four parents must limit the time they use smartphones, the last strategy is that parents need to know a lot about new technology so that parents can limit their use for their child's age.
