STRATEGI PUBLIC RELATIONS DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR DALAM MEMBANGUN REPUTASI GOOD GOVERNANCE DI ERA DIGITAL
This research is entitled "Public Relations Strategy of the Office of Communication and Informatics of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in Building a Good Governance Reputation in the Digital Era". The purpose of this study was to describe the Public Relations strategy of the Communication and Information Office of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in building the reputation of Good Governance in the digital era. The theory used in this study is the theory of Public Relations strategy according to Ronald D. Smith (2017:62) in his book The Strategic Plan for Public Relations. The theory used in this study includes four aspects, namely formation research, strategy research, tactics research and evaluation research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the Public Relations strategy of the Office of Communication and Informatics of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (Diskominfo OKI) applies the principles of accountability, transparency, and participation in building a reputation for good governance in the digital era.
