Dental surgey can not free from local anesthesia that was used as pain control during dental care. Lidocaine hydrochloride 2% liquid is kind of local anesthesia mostly in used by dentists in Indonesia currently. Lidocaine is a local anesthesia frequently combined with vasoconstrictor adrenalin. The role of vasokonstrictor added to the local anesthesia is very significant in affecting the effectiveness of local anesthesia. Vasoconstrictor has an influence to the cardiovaskuler system, especially to the blood pressure and the heart rate. This research will disclosure the effects of vasoconstrictor adrenalin in the liquid of lidocain (pecahain ) to the blood pressure and heart rate on 1:80.000 concentration. The technique used in this research is infiltration anesthesia. This research has 30 peoples for sample and limited to those who have teeth extraction indication ,with the age range between 18-35 years old. The sample is taken with accidental sampling technique. The data is analyzed with TTest paired method. The result of this research shows difference to the blood pressure and heart rate before and after the injection of the liquid of local anesthesia.
