Oral Carcinoma Cell Squamosa is a neoplasm invasive in epitel tissue which have many differentation stage in oral mucosa tissue, alveolar, gingival, tongue, floor of the mouth, palate, tonsils and oropharyrvc, appear spreading and metathesis in other body such as head, neck, nasofaring, conjungtive and lung. Oral Carcinoma Cell Squamosa can occur in both man and wowen also longvity. Many pervious study about prevalence of oral carcinoma cell squamosa in dijferent population, because of that the writer want to examine about prevalence of oral carcinoma cell squamosa based on age and sex in dental clinic of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in period January 2009-December 2013. The filed of this study is descriptive survey research that used a cross sectional method and total sampling technique. The samples in this research were patiens who come for teartment to the dental clinic of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang with Oral Carcinoma Cell Squamosa cases recorded in the register book and medical records of patients in period January 2009-December 2013. The result of this research showed the totcd cases of Oral Carcinoma Cell Squamosa are 23 people that more occurs in male total 16 people (69,56 %) in the age range 41-50 years dan 51-60 years were 6 people (26,1%). The conclusion is the cases ofOral Carcinoma Cell Squamosa most common in male patients in decade fourth imtil sixth.
