Sexual harassment refers to sexual acts, both physical and non-physical, that are not desired by the victim. Perpetrators of sexual harassment are dominated by men. One of the disliked responses to sexual harassment is giving negative labels to the perpetrators in order to make them feel shame and aware. This research discusses about labelling on men prepetrator of sexual harasssment by looking at the community process of labeling perpetrators and the consequences of giving that label to perpetrators of sexual harassment. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The data collection method in this study consisted of observation, interviews with 7 (seven) key informants and 23 (twenty three) supporting informants by using the snowball technique, and documentation. This research was analyzed by labelling theory by Howard S. Backer. The outcome of this research shows that; fist, in labelling on sexual harassment prepetrator, community passed the process that begined by obeserving the behaviour of sexual harassment prepetrator, selected word that describes their behaviour, labelling to the prepetrator until known by public and being daily nickname. Second, the consequences of the labeling received by the perpetrator are reprimand, warning, ridicule, and exile from the community. The labelling makes strained interaction between prepetrator and community as well because the community avoid the prepetrator. Furthermore, labelling realizes the prepetrators about their acts, so they choose to do not act of harassment anymore. However, there are perpetrators who do not pay attention to the labels given, so they continue to act of sexual harassment.
