This research was motivated by the problems that no official SIPD training was obtained, the division of responsibilities was not running well and some OPDs experienced technical problems with input into SIPD. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were the Head of Regional Budget Planning, Central and Regional Financial Analysts, Budget Planning Analysts, Data Managers in the Budget Sector, Head of Subsection for Planning for Dispora of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, Treasurer of Kesbangpol Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, and Head of Subdivision for Planning and Reporting at the Regency Kominfo Service Ogan Komering Ilir. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study uses George C. Edward III's theory of policy implementation which contains four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) at the BPKAD of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was not optimal because there were still indicators that had not been fulfilled properly. Theoretical suggestions are that other researchers should better understand the problems in the field in order to be able to adjust the indicators that will be used correctly. Practical advice should be to improve communication with OPD in Kab. Ogan Komering Ilir, held training or socialization of SIPD, added facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of SIPD, gave rewards and sanctions or punishments to implementers of SIPD policies and made SIPD SOPs
