KUALITAS PELAYANAN E-PADUSANKERJA DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 TAHUN 2021.
This research is entitled ”Quality of e-Padusankerja Services at the Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatera Province During the Covid-19 Pandemic In 2021". The background of this study is not the maximum use of the e-padusankerja website (Electronic labor complaints) so that the public or the reporter still has to complain directly to the Department of manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatera province and the accumulation of incoming complaint letters. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of e-padusankerja services at the Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatera Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021. This study uses qualitative methods. This study uses the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry which is measured using five dimensions of public service quality, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and library studies. From the results of research and discussion of the conclusion that the quality of e-padusankerja service from the Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatera Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 on the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy can be said to be good even though it has not been maximized. Meanwhile, in the dimension of Service Quality Assurance is not good. The results of this study recommend that the Disnakertrans South Sumatera should provide a clear time certainty of the results of the settlement of complaints so that the public as the applicant does not have to wait for a long time and uncertain.
