PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI NURSING CARE PLAN KATEGORI PSIKOLOGIS BERBASIS ANDROID
The making of a nursing care plan (NCP) must comply with an established standard consisting of diagnoses, outcomes and nursing interventions. Most (88.8%) of the mental nurses at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, Palembang could not memorize the writing of a complete diagnosis in accordance with the standards. With the development of science and technology, the manual documentation makes the nurses feel that they waste a lot of energy, time and thought. To overcome this problem the writer was encouraged to make practical applications that transfer the data from the books of SDKI, SLKI and SIKI of psychological category in making Android based NCPs. The objective of this study was to make the realization of application development, to master the operation of the application, and to master the operational function of the application by doing blackbox testing and usability testing. This is a research and development (R&D) study with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study were: the application was successfully developed, the operation of application development was well described, the operational functions of the application using blackbox testing was successful, and the usability testing obtained an average SUS score (System Usability Scale) of 79.62 which indicated that the application was quite good, acceptable and usable. This application only includes actual nursing diagnoses and health promotion in the psychological category. The outcomes and nursing interventions in the application only contain the main outcomes and interventions. The application cannot be accessed offline via IOS as it has only been developed on Android devices. This android based psychological NCP application can be used by nursing students in nursing institutions and can also be used by nurses in hospitals. This NCP application should be developed to be better in the future.
