This study examines "Socio-economic conditions of the community before the pandemic until the transition to endemic" (Study in Lembak Village, Lembak District, Muara Enim Regency). The problem in this study is to focus on the Lembak Village Community affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative phenomenological method with the determination of informants using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study was analyzed using the theory of social change AGIL proposed by Talcott Parsons. The results of this study refer to the socio-economic conditions of the people of Lembak Village, namely the socio-economic conditions of the community before the Covid-19 pandemic, the socio-economic conditions of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the socio-economic conditions of the community transitioning to an endemic period.
