ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIRSCHSPRUNG PADA BAYI DENGAN STOMA CARE DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG.
Background: Hirschsprung's disease or congenital aganglionic megacolon is a congenital disorder caused by abnormalities of the innervation of the intestine. one of The cause of infant mortality is congenital abnormalities at the age of 0-6 days by 1% and at the age of 7-28 days by 19%. In Indonesia, it is not known for sure, if the estimated incidence rate is 1 in 5000 live births. Surgery is one of the medical treatments for Hirschsprung's disease, namely making a colostomy, while the feces come out through the colostomy. Proper care is needed to prevent complications on the skin, namely Stoma care. Purpose: of this case study is to describe nursing care for three patients with Hirschsprung stoma care. Methods: The method in this writing is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach to three pediatric patients with Horschsprung. Results: The results of the assessment on the three patients with Hirschsprung found nursing problems, namely impaired skin integrity, acute pain, parental knowledge deficit, fecal incontinence, risk of infection, risk of nutritional deficit, risk of falling. So that the intervention that can be given is skin care starting from observing the characteristics of the wound, performing therapeutic actions such as stoma care, educating the family about proper wound care independently. Conclusion: In general, nursing problems that often occur in Hirschsprung patients are skin integrity disorders. Based on evidence base with stoma treatment
