KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEREKAMAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK DI KECAMATAN ILIR TIMUR 3 KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study examines the existence of people who have met the requirements but have not recorded their electronic KTP. The research objective was to determine the quality of the electronic KTP recording service in Ilir East 3 Palembang City. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely people who visited the Ilir East 3 District of Palembang City. This study uses the theory of Parasuram, Berry, and Zeithaml. The results showed that the service quality of recording electronic KTP in Ilir East 3 District of Palembang City was considered to have good service.
