Background: Chronic kidney disease or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a process of gradual and irreversible decline in kidney function that requires replacement therapy to improve the patient's quality of life. The most dominant symptom felt by patients with chronic kidney failure is fatigue. Nurses' independent action to overcome this is very necessary, one of which is by providing complementary therapy in the form of foot reflexology therapy. Method: This scientific work uses a qualitative descriptive method with case studies of 3 patients managed and a case study approach based on theory published from 2012-2021 which can be accessed in full text on Google Scholar, PubMed, Clinical Key with the keywords CKD, foot reflexology, hemodialysis, fatigue. Result: The three cases managed there were 10 nursing problems in CKD patients. The same major nursing problem is fatigue. The final result of the nursing problem is partially resolved. Non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to reduce fatigue are reflexology foot massage therapy so that the results of fatigue decrease from a heavy score to a light score and the patient also becomes more relaxed, comfortable and able to do light activities. Discussion: Reflexology foot will stimulate and refresh the foot so that it restores the balance system and helps relaxation. Reflexology foot not only provides overall relaxation, but also benefits health such as reducing fatigue levels, improving sleep quality, improving blood circulation, lowering high blood pressure and reducing the effects of depression and anxiety.. Conclusion: After being given the intervention of foot massage reflexology (rexlexology foot) for three days in the three managed patients, it was found that the fatigue score decreased in the three managed patients suffering from CKD stage V on HD.
