IMPLEMENTASI INTERNATIONAL STANDARD AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES (ISRPs/SARPs) TERHADAP BANDARA SULTAN THAHA JAMBI YANG DIATUR DALAM INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION (ICAO).
High safety standards in the aviation world are an absolute obligation that must be met where safety standards must refer to a regulation that has been presented by world civil aviation organization or the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) which is under the auspices of the United Nations through the 1944 Chicago Convention. Indonesia is one of the members in the organization where each member country in ICAO must comply with all the principles and rules in ICAO which is called Annex 1-19 in the field of air transportation. Sultan Thaha Airport is one of the domestic flights in Indonesia whose techniques, principles and rules refers to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In this study, the authors will look at how the implementation of international regulations using the concept of implementing an international regime at the domestic level will be measured in which the implementation will be measured through two categories of safety standards by ICAO, namely pass or failure.
