Background: The 2013 Basic Health Research stated that the rate of cesarean section in Indonesia had passed the WHO standard maximum limit of 5–15% with the rate of cesarean section in Indonesia reaching 15.3% and the percentage of mothers who did not mobilize early experienced the wound healing process was slower by 81.8%. Therefore, post partum mothers with sectio caesarea are recommended to do early mobilization, but most mothers find it difficult to do so because the main cause is the mother's ignorance about early mobilization. Objective: The purpose of this scientific work is to be able to provide nursing care for postpartum mothers with post sectio caesarea and the main problem of impaired physical mobility by handling using early mobilization exercises to accelerate the wound recovery process in postpartum mothers. Methods: The method used in this scientific paper is a case study approach using an analysis of ten journals that match the criteria desired by the author from Google Scholar, National Library of Indonesia and other national-international indexed journals. Results: assessment was head to toecarried out, starting from the assessment, nursing diagnoses with the main problem of impaired physical mobility, nursing interventions and implementations were carried out based on a journal review, namely the provision of early mobilization, the evaluation showed that there was a decrease in the quality of pain in postpartum mothers with post sectio caesarea, able to mention the cause, quality, location, scale, and duration of pain before and after being given early mobilization exercises and able to wash hands with 6 steps. Conclusion: The early mobilization exercise given has an effect on reducing the quality of postpartum maternal pain with post sectio caesarea.
