This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many UMKM that close their businesses due to lack of production costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) People's Business Credit (KUR) and Social Capital on Increasing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Income during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City. This study uses quantitative methods that aim to draw conclusions about the hypotheses proposed in this study. Data was collected by using a questionnaire technique and literature study. Respondents in this study were customers who received KUR BRI as many as 85 people who will be used as samples. Data analysis in this study used STATA 16 software. The results showed that KUR BRI and social capital simultaneously had a significant positive effect on increasing UMKM income during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang. This can be seen from the results of calculations and discussions which show that the BRI KUR and social capital have an effect of 67.71% on the increase in UMKM income during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Palembang.
