EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PEMUNGUTAN RETRIBUSI TERMINAL PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020
In general, this study aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of terminal levy collection at the Palembang City Transportation Department in 2020. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the Department of Transportation and the Terminal Manager. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are the data collection techniques used. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. The problem in this study was that in 2020 the occurrence of Pandemi Covid-19, which resulted in all aspects of human life experiencing difficulties, one of which was the cause of the Pandemi Covid-19. The result of the Pandemi Covid-19 was the nominal target of terminal levies decreasing from the previous year, the existence of public transportation that avoided the levy levy. They do not want to pay levies and facilities in all terminals in Palembang City. This study uses the theory of effectiveness according to Richard M. Steers, with 3 dimensions, namely input, throughput (process), and output. The results showed that the implementation of terminal levy collection at the Palembang City Transportation Department in 2020 was effective, but the aspect of terminal facilities and infrastructure was still inadequate.
