This study entitled "Effectiveness of the Use of Village Funds in Infrastructure Development during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Benuang Village, Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency". Benuang Village, Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses Mahmudi's theory based on how the effectiveness works. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of using village funds in infrastructure development during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Benuang Village, Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency is said to be ineffective, there are aspects that affect the ineffectiveness of using village funds in infrastructure development on labor wages, namely the budget , facilities and infrastructure, target accuracy, maximum absorption of the budget, and willingness to change. Suggestions that are recommended in this study are that the Benuang Village government is more optimal in absorbing labor and involving the community that has been determined and conducting socialization to the entire community.
