This research is entitled "Implementation of the Use of Village Funds for Combating Corona Virus Diseases 2019 in Sumber Makmur Village, Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency". This research was motivated by the differences in data on recipients of village fund BLT assistance and the number of poor people in Sumber Makmur Village. This is due to the fact that the criteria for prospective beneficiaries of assistance have not yet been determined during the initial distribution of the Village Fund BLT, so that almost all poor people, whether affected or not, receive assistance from this Village Fund BLT. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this study is the theory of Merrile S. Grindle where there are two main aspects that are seen in looking at the implementation performance, namely the content of the policy consisting of influencing interests, types of benefits, degree of change to be achieved, location of decision making, implementers the program, the resources used, and the policy environment consisting of the powers, interests and strategies of the actors involved, the characteristics of the institutions and regimes in power, the level of compliance and the response from the implementers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the use of village funds for the prevention of COVID-19 in Sumber Makmur Village has been going well, although at the beginning of the implementation, the selection of recipient data was not based on the criteria for recipients of assistance so that it exceeded the number of poor families in Sumber Makmur Village. Advice can be given that the coordination between village government with the task force in charge of the field to record the beneficiaries in order to avoid miss- information and errors in data collection on the prospective beneficiaries
