PENGARUH TERAPI RELAKSASI NAPAS DALAM DAN TERAPI PSIKORELIGIUS TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGONTROL MARAH PADA PASIEN DENGAN RESIKO PERILAKU KEKERASAN
Background: Mental disorders are a manifestation of a form of emotional deviation so that irregularities are found in behavior, One example of nursing problems with mental disorders is the risk of violent behavior. Violent behavior, one of which can be overcomes by means of deep breath relaxation and psychoreligius therapy such as remembrance and ablution. The benefits of deep breathing relaxation therapy, remembrance and ablution therapy can reduce tension and calm the heart and mind. Objective: To find out about deep breathing relaxation therapy and psychoreligious therapy (remembrance and ablution) in nursing care for patients at risk of violent behavior. Methods: The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Results: There are 7 nursing problems raised in all three caries (Mrs.S, Mrs.M, and Mrs.E with the risk of violent behavior) that consist of one comman complaint of the risk of violent behavior. Interventions given to overcome the risk of violent behavior in patients managed by using strategies for implementing the risk of violent behavior and deep relaxation therapy and psychoreligius therapy (remembrance and ablution). After being given nursing intervention there is a decrease in the risk of violent behavior and the patient can control anger. Discussion: Implementation strategy is a risk strategy for violent behavior to identify the cause, signs and symptoms, consequences of the risk of violent behavior, how to control anger by deep breathing, hitting the pillow, taking medication, expressing anger verbally and spiritually. Then deep breathing relaxation therapy, remembrance, and ablution given for three meetings for 10 minute. Conclution: The three patients managed were given nursing care thats consisted of assessment, nursing diagnosis enforcement, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implications of deep breathing relaxation therapy, remembrance and ablution therapy showed that there was a decrease in the risk of violent behavior and an increase in the ability to control anger in patients under management.
