This study aims to determine the management of the instruction of the Chancellor of the Sriwijaya University number 0122 regarding the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data come from primary data and secondary data. This study uses the management concept of George R. Terry consisting of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling. The results of this study can be concluded that the institution has made various efforts related to efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and has been implemented. The results of this study recommend providing health masks at the main gate of Sriwijaya University, so that negligent students or lecturers forget to bring masks so they can be given masks immediately. Furthermore, the Covid-19 vaccine certificate can be used for the implementation of Real Work Lectures and Administrative Work Lectures.
