The incident of sexual violence is a crucial issue and occurs a lot in the surrounding environment. News related to cases of violence is considered by the mass media as something interesting to present. This study aims to find out how the framing carried out by Tirto.id in reporting cases of sexual violence. This study used the framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki and used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of 12 new cases of sexual violence that occurred in KPI. The results showed that Tirto.id tried to present information on sexual violence based on facts and wanted to thoroughly investigate the case. Then the media Tirto.id have a tendency to report to the victims. In addition, Tirto.id not only displays information in one point of view, but also displays other points of view to obtain depth of information.
