This research is entitled "Implementation of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) Policy Through Electronic Mutual Cooperation (E-Warong) Stalls in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency". This study aims to find out how the implementation of BPNT policies through electronic mutual cooperation stalls in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative description, where the type of data, how data collection techniques and data analysis techniques are adapted to the design of qualitative research methods. This study uses Van Meter and Van Horn's theory of policy implementation which states that there are 6 dimensions to measure the performance of public policy implementation. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of BPNT Policy Through Electronic Mutual Cooperation (E-Warong) in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency has been carried out according to the procedure but there are still some things that must be improved, which can be seen from the size of the policy that has not been achieved. , then quite good human resources, good communication and support from the political elite in the implementation of non-cash food assistance policies. The results of this study recommend policy improvements to the Ogan Ilir Regency government through the Social Service so that the implementation of BPNT policy through electronic stalls runs more effectively than before. The recommendations and suggestions for improvement include, among others, that the Ogan Ilir Regency government through the Social Service conducts supervision and checks on E-Warong Agents and the community regarding the number of KPM that should be served so that the principles of implementing the policy can be obtained by all people who meet the criteria.
