AKTIVITAS DIPLOMASI KOMERSIAL INDONESIA-INDIA (STUDI KASUS: UPAYA PENURUNAN BEA MASUK MINYAK SAWIT DIBALIK AKOMODASI TERHADAP IMPOR GULA).
This study aims to find out how Indonesia-India commercial diplomacy activities (Case Study: Efforts to Reduce Palm Oil Import Duties Behind Accommodation on Sugar Imports) resulted in a trade agreement so that Indonesia adopted a tariff reduction policy and standard conditions of ICUMSA (International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis). As well as further identification of the actors involved in these commercial diplomacy efforts. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative using the main concept of commercial diplomacy. Sources of data collected in this study is secondary data including data collection through literature studies, internet data searches and documentation. The results of this study indicate that commercial diplomacy activities carried out by Indonesia-India include trade promotion, cooperation agreements (MoUs) and official visits so that an agreement is produced to exchange interests in the sugar and palm oil trade. And the commercial diplomacy activities involve the government in collaboration with business actors.
