This study discussed about "Social Religious Movement of Millennials (Study in the Scholar Generation Community of Ogan Ilir for the 2017-2019)". This study aimed to determined the implementation and obstacles of the implementation of millennial socio-religious movements in the Generation Cendekia Community of Ogan Ilir in improving character education for high school students in Ogan Ilir. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The determination of informants in this study was carried out purposively with 8 informants consisting of 3 main informants and 5 supporting informants. Types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicated that its implementation there were organized activities and objectives related to a social change carried out by the Ogan Ilir Scholar Generation Community. This study also showed that there were obstacles from internal factors and external factors in the implementation of millennial social religious movements (Studied in the Ogan Ilir Cendekia Generation Community).
