Indonesia is a country that has a big commitment to the implementation of child protection. The existence of cases of children who become perpetrators of criminal acts in Indonesia is motivated by factors, one of which is the playing environment. This research is a normative research. The research approach used by the author in writing this thesis is a statute approach and a case approach. Criminal liability is committed by children who are still underage. The purpose of this thesis research is to understand the responsibility and application of sanctions to children who commit immoral crimes. The results of this study can be concluded that those who commit acts deliberately commit deception, a series of lies or persuade children to have intercourse with them or with other people as stipulated in Article 81 Paragraph (2) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to the Law -Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
