EVALUASI PELATIHAN KEPEMIMPINAN PENGAWAS (PKP) DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR.
This research motivated the PKP program by the BKPSDM Ogan Ilir during the pandemic. So there are adjustments in the implementation, it is feared that participants will not be at their best when going to participate in PKP, and that when they come back to work, they will still be dealing with the pandemic, so there are concerns that participants will not be at their best when applying the competencies learned while participating in PKP. As a result, it is necessary to assess the PKP program's approach and outcomes. This is a qualitative evaluation study with a one-shot case study design that looks at the results after treatment, namely PKP. Using Kirkpatrick's training evaluation approach, this study examines the evaluation of the process and outcomes in PKP. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources. Interview, documentation, literature review, and observation procedures were used to collect data, which was then analyzed using an interactive model designed by Miles and Huberman utilizing Atlas.ti 9 software. The findings of the study showed that while the planning process handled well, there are still certain aspects of the implementation process that need to be examined, such as presenters, online techniques, and some materials that need to be adjusted. The Provincial BPSDMD carried out the PKP assessment operations, but the lecturers' and organizers' evaluation reports were not provided to the BKPSDM Ogan Ilir. They followed the PKP regulations and curriculum during the learning process, and participants were able to learn and apply the abilities they were taught. Participants are able to implement changes after completing the PKP, and the changes are apparent and have a significant influence on their work environment. The relevant OPD is solely responsible for post-PKP supervision; there is no coordination with BKPSDM Ogan Ilir in this regard, and the related OPD also does not report participant achievements. In terms of supervision, assessment, and achievement of post-PKP participants, researchers recommend BKPSDM Ogan Ilir to strengthen coordination with Provincial BPSDMD in the evaluation process and OPD PKP participants.
