ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PEMBELIAN KENDARAAN OPERASIONAL DINAS MELALUI APLIKASI ELEKTRONIK (E-KATALOG) DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTANAHAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study entitled "Analysis of the Implementation of Purchasing Service Operational Vehicles Through Electronic Applications (E-catalog) at the Environment and Land Service of South Sumatra Province". South Sumatra . The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of procurement of goods proposed by Kalakota and Robinson which consists of three dimensions, namely Ordering, Fulfillment, and Payment. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of purchasing official operational vehicles through electronic applications (E-catalog) at the Environment and Land Service of South Sumatra Province has been going well, but there are still obstacles in the fulfillment of goods in the E-catalog by the provider. The Environment and Land Service of South Sumatra Province ordered nine vehicles, namely six two-wheeled vehicles and three four-wheeled vehicles. in the fulfillment of orders for goods by the Department of Environment and Land of the Province of South Sumatra, all of the providers in the e-catalog have not fulfilled all of them due to the non-display of the purchased goods. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of purchasing official operational vehicles through the electronic application of e-catalog at the Department of the Environment and Land of South Sumatra Province has been carried out well but there are still obstacles in the aspect of fulfillment. Suggestions from researchers are to procurement officials to increase the availability of goods on the e-catalog.
