This qualitative study aims to analyze the budget performance of School Dental Health Business (UKGS) activities carried out by the Belida Darat Health Center, Muara Enim Regency in 2018-2021 from the perspective of gender budgeting. This research is focused on measuring and assessing the success of implementing activities based on the existing budget from the perspective of gender budgeting. Sources of data in this study came from primary data and secondary data collected using interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The data in this study were analyzed with the concept of performance measurement in a gender budgeting perspective (Sharp, 2003) using the Atlas. ti 9 software. The results showed that the performance of the UKGS activity budget at the Belida Darat Health Center, Muara Enim Regency in 2018 was more economical and efficient than in 2019 and 2021 and the level of effectiveness for men is higher than for women. The implementation of UKGS activities by the Belida Darat Health Center in Muara Enim Regency is not based on the needs or interests of women and men, but only on the implementation of activities by the criteria and planning of UKGS activities in general. The researcher recommends that the Belida Darat Health Center in Muara Enim Regency can plan all elements of activities based on the needs and needs of women and men so that the activities carried out can provide the same benefits for both women and men and increase the number of staff implementing activities so that UKGS activities can be carried out. carried out to the maximum. The health office can increase the UKGS activity budget which is sufficient for the implementation of three activities in one year so that UKGS activities can provide significant results and benefits.
